3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure:
Accurate loading details are provided in advance.
Fish are healthy and fit for transport.
All necessary permits, health certificates, and documentation are available before loading.
4. Liability
Med Aqua Transports is responsible for the safe handling and transport of goods according to agreed conditions.Responsibility for the health and condition of live fish before loading and after unloading remains with the client.
5. Insurance
All vehicles and operations are covered by appropriate transport and liability insurance in accordance with EU standards.
6. Payments
Payment terms are defined in the transport agreement or order confirmation.Invoices are issued after completed delivery and are payable within the agreed period.
7. Force Majeure
Med Aqua Transports shall not be held liable for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, border restrictions, or technical failures.
